Team & League Coaching

Whether you are looking to take your training to a more competitive level or looking for an experienced coach to help you with training, I am here! Depending on your budget, I can travel to you and coach in person or I can work with you online. Or both! Let’s talk about what your coaching needs are and see what I can do for you.

In-Person Coaching

For in-person coaching, depending on schedules, I can travel for a few days or a few weeks. I'll coach derby clinics and your practices, along with scrimmages or games - there are so many options! Before I arrive, I'll work with your head coach and/or coaching committee by discussing what has been working and not working, and I’ll observe footage to learn about your league/team. I use this information to diagnose areas for improvement, focusing on all aspects: skating skills, plays and strategies, rosters and lineups, practice schedules, group dynamics, goal-planning, and leadership. While I'm visiting, I'll spend time working with coaching committees. We discuss more than just training - we talk about broader issues like dealing with difficult skaters, choosing rosters and playtime, planning tryouts, dealing with burnout, figuring out when to take an off-season, and all those issues that create league drama.

In-Person Coaching Package Includes

During the time period you choose, I will guide you through coaching your practices and dealing with issues that arise.
